The Firm seeks stabilized, income-producing properties but also invests in value-added opportunities on a select basis.

Wherever possible, the Firm attempts to utilize its network of contacts to acquire properties "off-market," thereby avoiding an auction-style acquisition process that tends to increase acquisition costs.
